What are your rates?

My cleaning rates can vary depending on a few key factors, including the size of your home, the level of clutter, and whether you have pets. Larger homes or spaces with more rooms generally require more time and attention, which can influence the overall price. Similarly, homes with high levels of clutter may take extra effort to organize and clean thoroughly. If there are pets in the home, their shedding and potential for extra cleaning tasks (like dealing with pet odors) may also affect the rate. I always strive to provide fair and transparent pricing based on the specific needs of each home, ensuring you receive the best service for your situation.

How frequently do you clean your homes?

I’m happy to clean your home as frequently as you'd like, whether that's weekly, bi-weekly, or on a custom schedule that works best for you. However, to maintain a consistent level of cleanliness and avoid the need for a deep clean every time, I do require a minimum of once a month. Regular visits help keep your space tidy and organized, reducing the buildup of dirt and clutter. With this frequency, I can ensure that your home stays in great shape, without it feeling like a major cleaning project each time I visit.

Do you require a deep cleaning?

For the first cleaning, I require a deep clean to ensure your home is in the best possible condition when we begin our routine cleaning schedule. Starting off with a thorough clean helps create a fresh slate, making it easier to maintain a consistently tidy space going forward. This initial deep clean allows me to address any accumulated dirt or clutter, ensuring that future visits focus more on regular upkeep rather than tackling larger cleaning tasks. After that, we can transition to a routine schedule that works best for you and your home.

When will I know how much my cleaning costs?

The estimate for your cleaning rates will be provided after I’ve completed the initial deep clean and have done my first regular clean of your home. This allows me to assess how long the cleaning took and how much effort was required to get your space in top shape. Since every home is different—regardless of size—rates can fluctuate depending on factors like the level of clutter, pet presence, and the overall condition of the home. Once I’ve had a chance to see how much work is involved, I’ll be able to offer a more accurate rate for ongoing cleaning, ensuring it's fair and reflective of the level of service needed.

Do you provide additional services?

Yes! In addition to regular cleaning, I offer services such as carpet cleaning, laundry, and deep cleaning of specific areas in your home on a periodic basis. These additional services can be scheduled separately and will be priced accordingly. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for such requests so I can allocate the proper time and resources.
